Frequently asked questions
Project scope and dates approval along with initial deposit are required before work begins. The discovery call is essential so that we can work out the specific needs of your project.
Net 30 terms are not accepted unless there is a contract in place for ongoing work. Deposits are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise negotiated. Deliverables are not released until payment has been processed.
Any file formats you may need for print or web. Graphics will be produced at all necessary size options for marketing, video is delivered in high resolution, and PDFs based on your printer's requirements. Web-optimized graphics are also produced for your website or email marketing needs.
